APRIL 24 POTTER'S PARK SENIOR SCRAMBLE
Potter's Park will be hosting the monthly senior scramble on Friday, April 24 beginning at 8:00 a.m. Tee times will be determined by the number of teams signed up for the scramble. If there are 10 or more teams signed up one week in advance, we will have a shotgun start. If there are fewer than 10 teams signed up one week in advance, we will have regular tee times with 8-minute intervals. The cost is $35 per player and includes 18 holes with cart, lunch and gift certificates for the winning team and two teams drawn at random, as well as hole prize winners. Anyone age 55 or older is eligible to participate. Teams will consist of four players. Players ages 55-69 will play from the blue tees and players ages 70+ will play from the white tees. MAY 2, FINNEYTOWN SPARKLE CATS CHEERLEADING 1ST ANNUAL GOLF OUTING

4 man scramble format at Glenview Golf Course on Saturday May 2nd. Shotgun start at 1:30. Cost is $70 per golfer / $280 per foursome. Event will have closest to the pin, longest drive, split the pot putt into 15" hole. Mulligans will be available for purchase. Door prizes, goodie bag for all golfers and raffle. Event supports the Finneytown High School Sparkle Cats which is an inclusive cheerleading squad that includes special needs kids from the community. Proceeds will help purchase uniforms, equipment and assist with cost associated with cheer camp. MAY 3, 9TH ANNUAL MIKE HAUENSTEIN MEMORIAL GOLF SCRAMBLE

Takes place at Fairfield South Trace, benefiting American Cancer Society, Hospice of Hamilton, and The Dragonfly foundation.  11:30 registration, 1pm shotgun start, 4pm raffle drawing, 5:30 cookout and awards for 1st place, 2nd place, 3rd place, and hole contests.  Individual players are $85 and foursomes are $320.  Call Debbie or Tom at 513-237-6956 for more information.

 

MAY 8, CINCIGOLF FIRST TEE OUTING AT RISING STAR

On Friday, May 8 we will have our 8th annual scramble at Rising Star with a morning shotgun at 9:00 AM.  Includes 18 holes of golf with cart, "grilled burgers and dogs" lunch during your round, at least 4 ROUNDS OF FREE GOLF at CinciGolf.com golf courses (valid for 2015 golf season), a free bucket of balls at a CinciGolf.com driving range and more.  Three sets of tee boxes will be used again this year... men's regular, men's senior (over 60), and ladies.   There will be a "FREE GOLF CONTEST" on EVERY HOLE... and there will be FREE ROUNDS awarded for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place teams for low net and low gross. This will be a four-person scramble. In previous years, many women and couples have participated. You can bring your own foursome, or we will match you up with other CinciGolfers. Everyone will go home with AT LEAST 4 FREE ROUNDS OF GOLF. MAY 9. S3C'S 7TH ANNUAL PAYING IT FORWARD...

Our staff is preparing for S3Cís 7th Annual Paying it Forward Together fundraising event, showcasing a festive day of golf, classic cars, and after-party! MAY 16, DANNY O'KEEFE FAMILY FUND RAISER

You will start your afternoon at the Kings Island Golf Center. Following golf you will enjoy dinner, music and a silent auction. Your bids on items will include trips to French Lick Casino & Golf, beach side condos, sports memorabilia, jewelry and many other useful and luxury items.100% of your donation will go to Danny's ongoing therapy and medical bills. You may recall 3 1/2 years ago in Fairfield, following Danny's graduation from college and successfully passing his bar, Danny was brutally attacked going to the aid of his sister and was not expected to live as a result of severe head injuries. In just one afternoon we can help Danny with his ongoing rehabilitation. Thank you so much for your consideration in participating in our fund raiser. MAY 22, TEE OFF ON ALS GOLF TOURNAMENT...
Harry Ingalls and John Eshman are hosting the 7th annual Tee Off on ALS Golf Tournament to benefit the ALS Association Central & Southern Ohio Chapter on Friday May 22, 2015 at Heatherwoode Golf Course in Springboro, Ohio. The Taylor Huth Memorial Golf Tournament is an annual event that benefits the Epilepsy Foundation of Greater Cincinnati and Columbus and remembers the fun-loving spirit of Taylor Huth, who began having seizures in high school and died at an early age. In spite of being challenged with epilepsy, Taylor was a good-natured young man who would do anything for anyone and was committed to life. JUNE 15, 23RD ANNUAL TEE UP FOR TENDER MERCIES GOLF SCRAMBLE

The 23rd Annual Tee Up for Tender Mercies golf scramble will be held on Monday, June 15 at the Clovernook Country Club. Tender Mercies provides a permanent home to over 200 homeless men and women with mental illness each year. You can help us transform the lives of those with no where else to turn by participating in this charitable golf outing. Individual golfers are $250 each, or foursomes can participate for $900 (Foursomes signing up by April 15 can participate for $800). Lunch and dinner are included in your entry fee, and many donated gifts will be available in an on-site raffle and auction including diamond bracelet, $500 Kroger gift card and $500 Bob Sumerel gift card. JUNE 26, MIXED COUPLES NIGHT GOLF OUTING
Twin Run will host a mixed couples night golf outing on Friday, June 26 beginning at dusk. We will be offering a special 18-hole rate beginning at 5:00 p.m. that includes nine holes of twilight golf and nine holes of night golf for $40. For those participating only in night golf, the cost will be $35. Both options include one drink ticket. *Night golf package includes two battery powered LED golf balls and glow necklaces. When you hit these golf balls they light up for ten minutes and they are much brighter and easier to locate. The outing will be limited to the first 15 teams, with teams consisting of two men and two women. The format is a four-person scramble and teams must use at least one shot outside the green per person over the course of 9 holes. JULY 20, DELTA AIR LINES RFL CHARITY GOLF OUTING

Delta Air Lines is proud to host their 8th annual Relay For Life charity golf outing on Monday July 20th at the prestigious TRADITIONS GOLF CLUB in Hebron Kentucky. This outing will be a 4 person scramble format with a 9AM shotgun start. This wonderful event is a fundraiser from which 100% of the proceeds will be donated to the American Cancer Society to help find a cure for Cancer. The cost is $100 per person which includes your golf, lunch, dinner, drinks and prizes. Traditions Golf Club has also generously donated a Bounce Back certificate that allows each participant to come back and play their private club for free when accompanied by one to three others paying current guest fees. We are pleased to announce that our 2nd Annual STOP MS GOLF OUTING WILL TAKE PLACE 8-22-15. There will be a shotgun start at 8:00 a.m. playing in a scramble format at Sugar Ridge Golf Club in Lawrenceburg, Indiana.

SEP 4, 5TH ANNUAL SHEP PROSTATE CANCER GOLF OUTING

Please join us for the The 5th Annual Shep Prostate Cancer Golf Outing to benefit the Prostate Cancer Foundation on Friday September 4, 2015. The Shep is named after long time attorney and friend of the community, Jim Scheper. Jim passed away from Prostate Cancer one day after the inaugural Prostate Cancer Golf Outing in 2011. His daughter, Lynn Brading promised him on the day he passed that she would continue her efforts in raising awareness and money to fight this deadly disease. Prostate Cancer effects one in six men. All proceeds go to the Prostate Cancer Foundation pcf.org. To date, we have raised close to $100,000!  We will have a great day of golf at the beautiful Elks Golf Club in Hamilton, Ohio.
