KENTON COUNTY EXTEND OPPORTUNITIES FOR WOMEN GOLFERS...
Pioneer Women’s Golf League:  The Golf Courses of Kenton County will be host to the Pioneer Women’s Golf League every Wednesday morning starting April 14th, ending with a Club Championship in September. The league will be playing 18-holes each week. An organizational meeting will be held inside the Banquet Room at the Kenton County Clubhouse on March 17th, at 9:00 AM. League information and registration means will be available along with complimentary coffee and pastries for attendees.
Executive Women’s Golf Association:  The Golf Courses of Kenton County will host a FREE Women-only golf clinic on site on Saturday March, 20th. The Executive Women’s Golf Association (EWGA) is co-sponsoring the event. EWGA is a nationally recognized association for women golfers. The clinic will start at 10:00 AM and EWGA representatives will be on site with information about their new Wednesday evening golf league. The league will rotate among the Pioneer and Willows courses; with play beginning around 6:00 PM.

The Men's Senior Golf League at Kenton County is looking for new members 55 years of age and older to play on Thursday mornings. Registration meeting is March 4th at 10:00 A. M. SSI LEAGUE OPENINGS...

The SSI League plays Wednesday afternoons at the Golf Center at Kings Island.  The league will start Wed, April 28th and run for 20 weeks through mid September teeing off from 4-5 PM.  There are roughly 10 openings. OVGA NEWS...

The OVGA High School Tour tees off this April with 8 events from April-July at some of the areas best public and private courses in Greater Cincinnati. The tour is open to any level of junior golfer who would like to compete. Both boys and girls are welcome.
The membership fee is only $30, the cheapest of any junior tour in the area. Event prices will range between $30-$50.  The schedule will be officially set by Monday, February 15 and announced on www.ovgatour.com.  Sign ups begin on Tuesday, February 16 (online) and we will hold an official sign up meeting on Saturday, February 20 at GolfTEC in Blue Ash from 11:30-1:30. 2010 Golf Leagues:  Brook Hill Golf Club hosts some wonderful leagues starting in late April and run throughout the summer. The leagues are all team based, open to anyone and fun for everyone.
